You must be at least 18 years old to use Rivocard. By registering, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@rivocard.com. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3 Virtual Card Services

Rivocard provides virtual prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards funded via cryptocurrency or bank transfer. Cards are issued by our licensed third-party issuing partners.

5 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Rivocard for:

• Any illegal activity or transactions prohibited by applicable law
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
• Purchasing illegal goods, services, or content
• Violating any merchant’s terms of service
• Circumventing sanctions programs (OFAC, EU, UN)

6 Cryptocurrency & Transactions

Crypto deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times. Exchange rates are locked at the time of confirmation. Rivocard is not responsible for market volatility between deposit initiation and confirmation.

7 Refunds

Top-up fees are non-refundable once processed. Rivocard is not responsible for merchant-side decisions or third-party processing outcomes. See our Refund Policy for full details.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivocard’s total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 90 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Rivocard after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
