💸 Refund Policy
Clear, honest, and fair. Here’s everything you need to know about refunds and withdrawals at Rivocard.
1 Top-Up Fees
⚠️ The 5% top-up fee is non-refundable once the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain or via bank transfer.
All fees are displayed clearly before you confirm any transaction — there are never any surprise charges.
2 Unspent Card Balance
You can withdraw any unspent balance from your Rivocard wallet at any time — with no penalties, no lock-in, and no exit fee.
- Crypto withdrawal (USDT, BTC, ETH) — Instant processing
- Bank transfer (SEPA, SWIFT, ACH) — 1–2 business days
3 Failed or Declined Transactions
If your card transaction is declined by a merchant, no fee is charged. Any reserved funds are returned to your card balance immediately. Rivocard is not responsible for merchant-side declines.
4 Duplicate or Accidental Top-Ups
If you accidentally make a duplicate top-up or fund your account in error, contact our support team within 24 hours at support@rivocard.com. We will review the case and, where technically possible, process a refund minus any network fees already incurred.
5 Cryptocurrency Deposits
🔗 Once a crypto deposit has been confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed by Rivocard. Always verify the deposit address and network before sending.
If you sent crypto to the wrong address or on the wrong network, Rivocard is unable to recover those funds.
6 Merchant Disputes
Rivocard is not responsible for merchant-side refunds or chargebacks. If a merchant owes you a refund, contact the merchant directly. Rivocard will provide transaction evidence to support your claim where possible.
7 Account Closure
If you close your Rivocard account, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method within 5–10 business days. No exit fee applies.
